Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Whisk together the flour, smoked paprika and cayenne in a shallow bowl.
Place the eggs in a shallow bowl.
Combine bread crumbs and salt in a shallow bowl.
Cut the squash in half crosswise, scoop out the seeds and slice into ¼-inch rounds and season both sides with salt & pepper.
Working one at a time, dip the squash rings into the flour mixture, then into the eggs and then into the bread crumbs, coating them well.
Place squash on foil-lined baking sheet
Bake until tender, 18- 20 mins.
Whisk together the Lemon-Garlic Sauce ingredients. Serve alongside squash.
