Sweet Onion & Citrus Salad Dressing
Tangy, sweet salad dressing - goes well with mixed greens salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1 whole orange
- 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
- ½ cup sweet onion diced
- 2 TBS Dijon mustard
- 3 TBS honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients In a blender and process until smooth
- Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
