Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Cut acorn squash in half. Remove seeds and empty cavity.
Slice into ~1-inch-thick crescent wedges.
Toss with melted butter and spices.
Spread out on foil-covered cookie sheet and bake in oven for ~35 min.
Sprinkle with pepitas and roast 5 more mins. Season with salt.
