16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuits

freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Stir together melted butter and fresh parsley. Cut biscuits in half and roll into balls.
Spray a 9-inch metal pie pan with PAM and place biscuits in a ring around the edge. Brush with butter mix. Season with salt.
Use a knife to remove the top rind off the brie then place it in the center of the biscuits.
Bake until brie is melty, 8-10 mins.
Add Chipotle-Raspberry sauce and cheddar to melted brie and gently fold to combine.
Return to oven 5-7 mins more.
