Baked Brie Bread Ring
Cheesy and flavorful warm appetizer with pull-apart bites
Ingredients
- 8 oz round brie cheese
- ¼ cup Chipotle-Raspberry sauce
- ¼ cup shredded white cheddar
- 1 16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 TBS butter melted
- 1 TBS freshly chopped parsley
- salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Stir together melted butter and fresh parsley. Cut biscuits in half and roll into balls.
- Spray a 9-inch metal pie pan with PAM and place biscuits in a ring around the edge. Brush with butter mix. Season with salt.
- Use a knife to remove the top rind off the brie then place it in the center of the biscuits.
- Bake until brie is melty, 8-10 mins.
- Add Chipotle-Raspberry sauce and cheddar to melted brie and gently fold to combine.
- Return to oven 5-7 mins more.
