Baked Brie Bread Ring

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz round brie cheese
  • ¼ cup Chipotle-Raspberry sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 16.3 oz can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 TBS butter melted
  • 1 TBS freshly chopped parsley
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Stir together melted butter and fresh parsley. Cut biscuits in half and roll into balls.
  • Spray a 9-inch metal pie pan with PAM and place biscuits in a ring around the edge. Brush with butter mix. Season with salt.
  • Use a knife to remove the top rind off the brie then place it in the center of the biscuits.
  • Bake until brie is melty, 8-10 mins.
  • Add Chipotle-Raspberry sauce and cheddar to melted brie and gently fold to combine.
  • Return to oven 5-7 mins more.
