Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts — cut into bite-size pieces

small yellow onion — finely chopped

To Finish

stick butter

chopped cilantro + more to garnish
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and thoroughly mix all of the ingredients and chicken together in a bowl. Marinade 1 – 4 hours in refrigerator.
Place chicken mixture into an deep sauté pan and cook over medium heat for 15-20 mins until chicken is tender and cooked.
Add each of the finishing ingredients, in order, and stir until well incorporated before adding the next.
Serve over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
