cut into small pieces

Asian cabbage/ carrot/vegetable mix medley

Lo Mein noodles
green onions
sliced for garnish
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients together; set aside. Reserve ΒΌ for extra serving at table.
Cook the Lo Mein noodles 1 min shy of the directions. Drain and toss with sesame oil in a bowl to coat.
Season chicken with salt & pepper and cook in pan with oil over medium-high heat about 4-5 mins. Remove and set aside.
Add the bell pepper, garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until fragrant.
Add the sauce and the cabbage/ carrot/vegetable mixture and stir-fry.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add the cooked noodles. Cook for 3 mins, until everything is well-coated in the sauce.
Serve garnished with green onions and extra sauce on the side.
