Marinade

coconut milk

Peanut Sauce

creamy peanut butter

Instructions
Marinade
Combine and blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth paste.
Marinade chicken tender strips in paste for 4-6 hrs.
Thread onto skewers and grill over high heat.
Peanut Sauce
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
