boneless skinless chicken breasts — cut into bite-size pieces

Toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot except for cornstarch/water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Set up the pressure Cooker to cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water, whisk until well combined with no lumps.
Use quick release to vent the remaining pressure.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the Instant Pot and gently stir to combine.
