Garlic Sesame Chicken
Super easy dump-and-go Chinese chicken dish

- Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts — cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
- 1 TBS ginger squeeze tube
- 1 TBS toasted sesame oil
- 1 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 TBS cornstarch and 2 TBS water
- Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
- Chopped green onion to garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot except for cornstarch/water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Set up the pressure Cooker to cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water, whisk until well combined with no lumps.
- Use quick release to vent the remaining pressure.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the Instant Pot and gently stir to combine.
