Garlic Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts — cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
  • 1 TBS ginger squeeze tube
  • 1 TBS toasted sesame oil
  • 1 TBS rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 TBS cornstarch and 2 TBS water
  • Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
  • Chopped green onion to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with salt and add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot except for cornstarch/water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Set up the pressure Cooker to cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water, whisk until well combined with no lumps.
  • Use quick release to vent the remaining pressure.
  • Add the cornstarch mixture to the Instant Pot and gently stir to combine.
