Ingredients
~36 Medium shrimp – raw
peeled & de-veined
Adams Reserve
TM
Southwest Ancho sear-n-crust rub seasoning
Fine Salt
Guacamole
TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® chips
either multi-grain or regular
Instructions
Coat raw shrimp with Ancho Seasoning and fine salt.
Grill in skillet over medium heat. Cool shrimp after cooking. Can be stored in refrigerator until assembly.
Assemble bites using 1 chip as base, spoon in guacamole, top with shrimp
Serve immediately (chips will get soggy from guacamole)
