Ingredients
  

  • ~36 Medium shrimp – raw peeled & de-veined
  • Adams ReserveTM Southwest Ancho sear-n-crust rub seasoning
  • Fine Salt
  • Guacamole
  • TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® chips either multi-grain or regular

Instructions
 

  • Coat raw shrimp with Ancho Seasoning and fine salt.
  • Grill in skillet over medium heat. Cool shrimp after cooking. Can be stored in refrigerator until assembly.
  • Assemble bites using 1 chip as base, spoon in guacamole, top with shrimp
  • Serve immediately (chips will get soggy from guacamole)
