Ingredients
1/3
cup
olive oil
3
TBS
honey
3
TBS
balsamic vinegar
2
tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
garlic powder
ΒΌ
tsp
black pepper
dash salt

yellow squash
cut into thin slices
3
zucchini squash
cut into thin slices
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Place marinade in a large Ziploc bag. Add vegetables; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate 1-2 hrs.
Transfer vegetables to a foil pan, large enough that the slices spread out and not too thick.
Grill vegetables, over medium heat 8-12 mins or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
When nearly ready, poke holes in bottom of foil pan to allow liquid to drain and crisp the vegetables on bottom.
