Grilled Vegetables Marinade

Balsamic marinade makes these sliced vegetables taste great!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 TBS honey
  • 3 TBS balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • dash salt
  • 3 yellow squash cut into thin slices
  • 3 zucchini squash cut into thin slices

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Place marinade in a large Ziploc bag. Add vegetables; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate 1-2 hrs.
  • Transfer vegetables to a foil pan, large enough that the slices spread out and not too thick.
  • Grill vegetables, over medium heat 8-12 mins or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
  • When nearly ready, poke holes in bottom of foil pan to allow liquid to drain and crisp the vegetables on bottom.
