38 oz packages reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature
1¼cupslite sour cream
¾cupsugar
3TBSGrand Marnier
3TBSgold tequila
3TBSfreshly squeezed lime juice
4large eggs
Green food coloring

Instructions
Crust
Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Spray 9” springform pan with PAM and press crumb mixture into bottom and side. Bake for 8 mins. Cool and refrigerate.
Filling
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, then sugar, Grand Marnier, tequila and lime juice. Then beat in eggs and add ~10 drops of green food coloring.
Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350º F until outside 2” are set and center moves only slightly when pan is shaken (~ 50 mins). Remove from oven. Turn oven off.
Whisk sour cream, lime juice and sugar together. Spread over top of cheesecake. Return pan to oven (off) for 45 mins.
Refrigerate at least 1 day before serving. Decorate top with strawberries and limes.
