Instructions
Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 425º F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread cauliflower out on foil-lined baking sheet and roast for 18-20 mins until cauliflower is tender and beginning to brown.
Serve with Turmeric-Yogurt sauce.
Turmeric-Yogurt Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until uniformly yellow. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until serving.
