In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and mix thoroughly.
(dry) Rub the mixture all over the pork and let sit, covered at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 4 hrs. Return to room temperature before grilling.
Grill the pork over moderately high heat, turning every ~3 mins. Cook until the internal temperature is 145°, about 10-12 mins. Transfer to a cutting board and let sit for ~10 mins.
Serve with warm grilled naan, grilled haloumi cheese and yogurt sauce.
