Moroccan Spiced Pork Tenderloin
Middle Eastern seasoned grilled pork loin with great flavor
Ingredients
- 1 TBS ground coriander
- 1 TBS ground cumin
- 1 TBS ground ancho chile powder
- 1 TBS light brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 1¼ lb pork tenderloin
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and mix thoroughly.
- (dry) Rub the mixture all over the pork and let sit, covered at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 4 hrs. Return to room temperature before grilling.
- Grill the pork over moderately high heat, turning every ~3 mins. Cook until the internal temperature is 145°, about 10-12 mins. Transfer to a cutting board and let sit for ~10 mins.
- Serve with warm grilled naan, grilled haloumi cheese and yogurt sauce.
