Microwave spinach in glass dish ~6 mins.
Add 1 TBS oil to non-stick pan and sauté paneer cheese cubes in until browned on sides. Remove from heat.
In same pan, add 1 TBS oil and 2 TBS garlic. Sauté for few mins then add onions. Cook for 2-3 mins until soft and translucent.
Add cooked spinach to a blender, along with tomato, 3 TBS garlic, ginger and jalapeño chili. Purée to a smooth paste.
Add the spinach purée to pan. Cover & cook for 10 mins on medium heat. Stir regularly.
Add the garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix and cook for 1 min.
Add the half-n-half and mix to thicken. Let the curry simmer for 3-4 mins. Add paneer cubes to pan and add splash of lemon juice.
Serve Palak Paneer hot with Naan bread.
