extra virgin olive oil

grated parmesan cheese
Dried parsley
salt and pepper or multi-spice mix
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut square wonton wrappers in half to form 32 rectangles.
Lay wonton rectangles out in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet – 16 per sheet.
Use a pastry brush to lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil.
Lightly sprinkle wonton wrappers with salt & pepper or multi-spice mixture.
Top with parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
Bake 6-8 minutes or until wonton crackers are lightly browned and crispy.
