Parmesan Crisps
Crispy crackers made from wontons and parmesan cheese
Ingredients
- 16 square wonton wrappers
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Dried parsley
- salt and pepper or multi-spice mix
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cut square wonton wrappers in half to form 32 rectangles.
- Lay wonton rectangles out in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet – 16 per sheet.
- Use a pastry brush to lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil.
- Lightly sprinkle wonton wrappers with salt & pepper or multi-spice mixture.
- Top with parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until wonton crackers are lightly browned and crispy.
