Parmesan Crisps

Crispy crackers made from wontons and parmesan cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 16 square wonton wrappers
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Dried parsley
  • salt and pepper or multi-spice mix

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut square wonton wrappers in half to form 32 rectangles.
  • Lay wonton rectangles out in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet – 16 per sheet.
  • Use a pastry brush to lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil.
  • Lightly sprinkle wonton wrappers with salt & pepper or multi-spice mixture.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  • Bake 6-8 minutes or until wonton crackers are lightly browned and crispy.
