Sweet Sesame Ginger Sauce

sesame seeds & Sriracha sauce
Instructions
Spray a large skillet with PAM and put over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until brown, 4-5 mins per side. Put the tofu aside.
In same skillet, sauté the carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli until cooked through, about 5 mins. Set aside with tofu.
Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.
Cook the Udon noodles according to the package directions. Then add the noodles to the pan along with the sauce. Toss until coated.
Add back the tofu and vegetables and stir fry for about 5 more mins, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Add Sriracha for spicy flavor.
