Melt butter. Crush cookies (put in Ziploc & hammer with rolling pin). Combine w/butter. Press into bottom/side of PAM-sprayed 9” springform pan. Put in Freezer for at least 24 hrs.
Filling
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave (15 secs at a time until just softened). Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, whipping cream and lemon juice with hand mixer. Fold in white chocolate. Add mini chocolate chips.
Fold all ingredients together and pour into crust. Put in freezer for at least 24 hrs.
Berry Coulis
Put frozen berries in blender. Add orange juice gradually – mix until thick paste forms.
Put in saucepan and heat on low to reduce/thicken. Add sugar to taste. Strain through fine strainer to remove seeds.
Cool and put in refrigerator – drizzle on top of sliced dessert.
