Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
Casserole that tastes like eating the famous dip!
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can 10 ½ oz cream of celery soup
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 package 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Topping
- Shredded Italian blend Parmesan/Asiago/Romano cheese
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 350° F.
- Microwave spinach and drain; squeezing out all the moisture.
- Combine with rest of ingredients and put into a large, PAM-sprayed casserole dish. (Use a dish that does not allow spinach to be deeper than 2.5″). Sprinkle shredded Italian cheese loosely on top.
- Bake at 350° F for 30-45 mins.
