Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean skirt steak

Marinade

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 fresh squeezed limes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/3 cup onions
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinade ingredients.
  • Place trimmed skirt steak in marinade for 8 hrs.
  • Grill over high heat.
  • Cut cross-grain into strips.
