Pappasito’s Beef Fajitas
Grilled skirt steak for Fajitas resembling the flavors of our favorite local Mexican restaurant
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean skirt steak
Marinade
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 fresh squeezed limes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/3 cup onions
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tsp cumin
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Place trimmed skirt steak in marinade for 8 hrs.
- Grill over high heat.
- Cut cross-grain into strips.
