Tandoori Chicken
BBQ grilled version of traditional yogurt marinaded chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
- 1 TBS garam masala
- 1 TBS cilantro leaves
- 1 TBS paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ginger squeeze tube
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Place marinade in a large Ziploc bag and add chicken breasts. Allow to marinate at least 30 mins or overnight.
- Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Cook chicken on the grill over medium heat 5-6 mins on each side or until cooked through.
