Korean Grilled Chicken
Easy Korean marinade for BBQ grilled chicken breasts with bold flavors
Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 ½ TBS rice vinegar
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 TBS Korean chili paste gochujang
- 1 TBS ginger squeeze tube
- 2 TBS garlic squeeze tube
- 4 chicken breast – thin sliced
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the soy, vinegar, honey, chili paste, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Reserve ¼ as a dipping sauce for the finished chicken.
- Put marinade and chicken in a bowl or Ziploc bag and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 or up to 8 hrs.
- Add the green onions, sesame oil, black pepper and sesame seeds to complete the dipping sauce.
- Grill chicken over medium heat, about 4 mins each side..
- Slice chicken and serve with dipping sauce.
