Avocado Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
  • ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1 carton 5.3 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
  • Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with water (~1/2 cup or less) until it reaches desired consistency.
  • Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
