Avocado Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
Creamy, zesty salad dressing – goes well with Southwest chopped salad
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 TBS garlic squeeze tube
- ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro
- 1 carton 5.3 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 TBS fresh lime juice
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with water (~1/2 cup or less) until it reaches desired consistency.
- Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
