Jalapeño Popper Bites
Crunchy, bite sized version of the classic with cheese and bacon
Ingredients
- 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 3 jalapeños seeded and diced
- 7 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz Monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 4 oz cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 packages Athens® Phyllo frozen pastry shells 15 shells / package
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly combined.
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a rounded teaspoon of the filling into each shell.
- Bake for 10-15 mins until crispy. Let cool & serve.
