Jalapeño Popper Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 3 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 7 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz Monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 packages Athens® Phyllo frozen pastry shells 15 shells / package

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon a rounded teaspoon of the filling into each shell.
  • Bake for 10-15 mins until crispy. Let cool & serve.
