Spinach-Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 oz packages of frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can 10 ½ oz cream of celery soup
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 package 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Topping

  • Shredded Italian blend Parmesan/Asiago/Romano cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 350° F.
  • Microwave spinach and drain; squeezing out all the moisture.
  • Combine with rest of ingredients and put into a large, PAM-sprayed casserole dish. (Use a dish that does not allow spinach to be deeper than 2.5″). Sprinkle shredded Italian cheese loosely on top.
  • Bake at 350° F for 30-45 mins.
