Spinach Supreme Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 10 oz packages of frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey-Jack cheese
  • 1 can 10 ¾ oz. condensed Cream of Potato soup
  • 8 oz lite sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 325° F.
  • Microwave spinach and drain; squeezing out all the moisture.
  • In a large bowl – combine all ingredients. Transfer into a PAM-sprayed 11x7x4-inch casserole dish.
  • Bake at 325° F for 25-30 mins until edges are lightly browned and bubbly.
