Spinach Supreme Casserole
Perfect easy vegetable side dish casserole for a crowd
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages of frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz shredded Monterey-Jack cheese
- 1 can 10 ¾ oz. condensed Cream of Potato soup
- 8 oz lite sour cream
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 325° F.
- Microwave spinach and drain; squeezing out all the moisture.
- In a large bowl – combine all ingredients. Transfer into a PAM-sprayed 11x7x4-inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 325° F for 25-30 mins until edges are lightly browned and bubbly.
