Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 3 8 oz blocks reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 8 oz tubes refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
  • 1 TBS melted butter
  • cinnamon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Coat a 9“ x 13″ glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Using a hand mixer, beat all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Press one sheet crescent dough into bottom of prepared baking dish, stretching to reach all edges of baking dish. Pinch all perforations closed.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough and place 2nd layer of crescent dough on top. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake until crescent is golden and cooked through ~30 mins.
  • Let cool in refrigerator and slice into squares.
