Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bites
Easy, fun dessert for a large crowd
Ingredients
- 3 8 oz blocks reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup light sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 8 oz tubes refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
- 1 TBS melted butter
- cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Coat a 9“ x 13″ glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Using a hand mixer, beat all ingredients together until smooth.
- Press one sheet crescent dough into bottom of prepared baking dish, stretching to reach all edges of baking dish. Pinch all perforations closed.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough and place 2nd layer of crescent dough on top. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake until crescent is golden and cooked through ~30 mins.
- Let cool in refrigerator and slice into squares.
