Bruschetta Turkey Burgers
Fresh and flavorful take on low fat turkey burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean 1% fat ground turkey
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes chopped, excess liquid squeezed out
- 2 TBS fresh basil chopped
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded three cheese blend Parmesan Romano & Asiago
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cherry tomatoes, basil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheese, egg and breadcrumbs. Mix together.
- Form into evenly sized, level thickness patties.
- Grill on BBQ for ~ 4 mins per side
