Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Oaxaca cheese block
  • 15 oz Crema Mexicana table cream
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 2 TBS garlic squeeze tube
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 oz chopped mild Hatch green chiles
  • 10 oz Fire-roasted diced tomatoes with lime & cilantro
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Shred Oaxaca cheese.
  • Add Oaxaca cheese, Crema Mexicana, and 2% milk to crockpot.
  • Set crockpot on LOW for 1½ hrs then add garlic, salt, chiles and tomatoes and stir to mix.
  • Keep crockpot on LOW for 30 mins, then switch to WARM for serving.
