Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 turkey tenderloins ~9 oz each

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
  • Pierce the tenderloins with a knife/fork and then place into a sealable plastic bag or a bowl and cover with marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hr or up to 8 hrs in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the turkey tenderloins from the refrigerator 30 mins before grilling.
  • Grill turkey tenderloins on the BBQ for ~8 mins. Flip and cook for an additional 6-7 mins until the internal temperature reaches 155° F.
  • Remove from the grill. Tent with aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 mins before serving.
