Grilled Turkey Tenderloin
Delicious grilled Turkey dish for summer BBQ
Ingredients
- 2 turkey tenderloins ~9 oz each
Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Pierce the tenderloins with a knife/fork and then place into a sealable plastic bag or a bowl and cover with marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hr or up to 8 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Remove the turkey tenderloins from the refrigerator 30 mins before grilling.
- Grill turkey tenderloins on the BBQ for ~8 mins. Flip and cook for an additional 6-7 mins until the internal temperature reaches 155° F.
- Remove from the grill. Tent with aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 mins before serving.
