Green and Smokey Red Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
  

Green Chimichurri

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup fresh oregano leaves
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 8 TBS garlic squeeze tube

Smoky Red Chimichurri

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 TBS finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 TBS chipotle pepper spice
  • 1 TBS smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 TBS garlic squeeze tube

Instructions
 

  • For both sauces: Combine all ingredients except the canola/olive oil in a food processor. Slowly add oil and process until smooth.
  • Season with salt to taste.
