I have enjoyed cooking since I was young and have tried to assemble my favorite recipes to pass on to my daughter Maddy, as well as share with friends. I have prepared every one of these recipes for my family, and most of them I have served to friends as well. I hope you are able to try some of these recipes and enjoy them!

My wife Karen claims that I dirty every dish in the house during my “Payne test kitchen” episodes. She is probably right and I appreciate her patience. I am definitely a better chef than photographer or website creator. Maddy has helped me immensely with plating and photography so I hope the photos will tempt you to try several of the dishes.
