Grilled Ancho Shrimp Tostada Bites
Perfect bite-sized appetizer with semi-spicy shrimp on guacamole and a crunchy chip
Ingredients
- ~36 Medium shrimp – raw peeled & de-veined
- Adams ReserveTM Southwest Ancho sear-n-crust rub seasoning
- Fine Salt
- Guacamole
- TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!® chips either multi-grain or regular
Instructions
- Coat raw shrimp with Ancho Seasoning and fine salt.
- Grill in skillet over medium heat. Cool shrimp after cooking. Can be stored in refrigerator until assembly.
- Assemble bites using 1 chip as base, spoon in guacamole, top with shrimp
- Serve immediately (chips will get soggy from guacamole)
